Processing of Titanium Products, Marking and Measuring

We are specialized in cutting titanium flat mill products (plates and sheets) according to our customers' needs - in particular for the aerospace sector. Furthermore, we are able to turn and chamfer round mill products (bars and billets) in house.

Our band saws cut round and flat mill products with a standard tolerance range of -1 mm to +2 mm.

As for waterjet cut parts, our production team will find an optimized solution for you with regard to quality and price. We are striving to minimize production costs by aiming at optimized nesting of the requested cut parts in the input plate in order to keep the scrap rate at minimum.

Our production and capacity planning is software based. We are striving to produce the requested parts with the shortest leadtime and a minimum of scrap of this precious raw material.

Final measuring of geometric parameters is done according to international quality standards using caliper gauges, a 3D-measuring device Römer-Hexagon (for waterjet cut shapes) as well as feeler gauges and a calibrated marble measuring table (to measure flatness and straightness).

Final marking is performed in house according to your requirements with software based ink marking (see picture left) or hard stamping devices.

We are shipping the processed parts in returnable wooden boxes to facilitate handling for our customers and ourselves. Besides cost saving, the ecologic aspect plays particularly an important role in this decision.
